Paramax advised Rich Products Corporation in the February 2010 sale of its Battistoni Specialty Meats business to Providential Foods

CT EDGAR a market-leading provider of end-to-end Electronic Data Gathering, Analysis and Retrieval (“EDGAR”) conversion and filing software solutions to law firms, filing agents and publicly-traded corporations has been sold to Thomson Reuters Corporation (NYSE: TRI)

	International Motion Control Inc., a leading provider of specialized motion control components, incorporating hydraulic, pneumatic, electro-mechanical and electronic technologies to the global market, has been sold for $395M to ITT Corporation (NYSE: ITT).
	Birdair, Inc., a subsidiary of Taiyo-Kogyo Corp. of Japan, has sold its subsidiary, Helios Container Systems, to Bulk Pack, Inc.
	Wire Weld USA, Inc. and Cost Effective Coatings Inc. the premiere manufacturers of a complete line of wire shelving systems and accessories have been sold to Management Capital.
	AP Wagner, one of North America’s largest distributors of appliance parts and accessories with locations throughout the US and Canada, has been sold to Albright Capital Partners, a private equity group.
	WESTNY Building Products, the exclusive distributor of Pella Windows and Door products for Western New York, has been sold to a private investment group.
	Mecca Krull Corporation, an authorized John Deere construction equipment dealer and other logging and forestry equipment, has been sold to a Private Investment Group.
	Horizon Aerospace LLC has acquired Lewis Engineering Company's Indicator Products Line Business, previously an indirect subsidiary of the BFGoodrich® Company (NYSE:GR).
	HydroAir Components Inc., a hydronic heating and cooling manufacturer, has been sold to Zehnder Group (SWX: ZEH).
	Buffalo X-Ray Corporation has been sold to Philips Medical Systems (NYSE: PHG).
	Shur-Line, a leading designer and manufacturer of paint application products, has been acquired by Newell Rubbermaid (NYSE: NWL).
	PakHound Parcel Logistics Inc., a parcel auditing consulting firm, has been sold to BirdDog Solutions Inc.

Tops Markets, LLC, a subsidiary of Koninklijke Ahold N.V. (ENXTAM: AH) operates supermarkets in New York and Pennsylvania, has been acquired by Morgan Stanley Private Equity, a division of Morgan Stanley. (NYSE: MS)
