International Motion Control Inc., a leading provider of specialized motion control components, incorporating hydraulic, pneumatic, electro-mechanical and electronic technologies to the global market, has been sold for $395M to ITT Corporation (NYSE: ITT).
Shur-Line, a leading designer and manufacturer of paint application products, has been acquired by Newell Rubbermaid (NYSE: NWL).
Birdair, Inc., a subsidiary of Taiyo-Kogyo Corp. of Japan, has sold its subsidiary, Helios Container Systems, to Bulk Pack, Inc.
Wire Weld USA, Inc. and Cost Effective Coatings Inc. the premiere manufacturers of a complete line of wire shelving systems and accessories have been sold to Management Capital.
AP Wagner, one of North America’s largest distributors of appliance parts and accessories with locations throughout the US and Canada, has been sold to Albright Capital Partners, a private equity group.
