Mr. Minneci is Executive Vice President of Paramax Corporation.

Mr. Minneci has over 25 years of experience as an Owner and operator of a number of privately held companies, as well as a senior manager of publicly traded corporations.  In addition, he worked in various Corporate Development positions completing over 20 transactions prior to joining Paramax.  The combination of Mr. Minneci's broad operating background and deal experience offers a unique value to Paramax clients.

Mr. Minneci has a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and a Masters in Business Administration.
