Mr. Minneci has over 25 years of experience as an Owner and operator of a number of privately held companies, as well as acting in a senior executive capacity of publicly traded corporations.  In addition to his operating roles, Mr. Minneci had participated and completed over 20 transactions prior to joining Paramax in 2004.  The combination of Mr. Minneci's broad operating background and deal experience offers a unique value to Paramax clients.

Mr. Minneci's experience includes advising clients in both sell-side and buy-side transactions, financing, capital placement, value enhancement, exit planning and related corporate finance. Mr. Minneci has advised clients both domestically and internationally in a broad range of businesses that include manufacturing, service and distribution.

Mr. Minneci holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, a Masters in Business Administration and is a registered Investment Banking Representative.  He holds FINRA Series 7, 24, 63, and 79 licenses.
