Mr. Summerill has over 19 years’ of broad experience in the field of business development with industrial and commercial organizations, including identifying and executing strategic and infill acquisitions, strategic planning, orchestrating and driving organic revenue growth and profit improvement, as well as planning and implementing reorganizations.

Mr. Summerill recently served for two years as Senior VP of Business Development with Cleaver-Brooks, Inc., a leading US manufacturer of industrial and commercial steam and hot-water systems, where he developed and implemented a medium-term strategic plan aimed at value creation, which included in part identification of acquisition candidates. Prior to Cleaver-Brooks, Stephen held various senior executive and management positions with Kidde plc, a group that focused on the design, manufacture and marketing of consumer, industrial/commercial and aerospace fire protection and safety products and systems. During his 17 years with Kidde, which eventual became a major part of UTC Fire & Security , Stephen was primarily involved with the building of the Global Industrial Fire Protection Division through the execution of over 22 separate strategic and infill acquisitions in North, Central and South America, Europe and Asia. He has experience in all aspects of acquisition execution including: justification and financial modeling, negotiations/deal structuring, purchase and sale, and post-sale integration, restructuring and profit improvement.

Mr. Summerill holds a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA.
