Mr. Hadala is a Vice President of Paramax Corporation.

Mr. Hadala joined Paramax in 2005 and is focused on all phases of Sale-side, Acquisition, Valuation, and Consulting projects.  Prior to joining Paramax he completed his academic training by completing a program that concentrated on combining business and law to develop a strong core competency in a skill set suited for mergers and acquisition work and company valuation.  

Mr. Hadala holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and English, a Masters in Business Administration with concentrations in Corporate Finance and Marketing, and a Juris Doctorate with concentrations in Finance Transactions and Economic Development.  He has also completed an International Business Transactions Program in Italy.
