Mr. Hadala joined Paramax in 2005 and is focused on all phases of Sell-side, Acquisition, Valuation, and Consulting projects. Since joining Paramax, Mr. Hadala has closed over 10 deals with an aggregate transaction value of nearly $1 billion.  Successful client projects have spanned several industries including: aerospace and defense, manufacturing, distribution, and service.

Prior to joining Paramax, Mr. Hadala completed his academic training by completing a program that concentrated on combining business and law to develop a strong core competency in a skill set suited for mergers and acquisition work and company valuation. 

Mr. Hadala holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and English, a Masters in Business Administration with concentrations in Corporate Finance and Marketing, and a Juris Doctorate with concentrations in Finance Transactions and Economic Development.  He has also completed an International Business Transactions Program in Italy.  Mr. Hadala is a registered Investment Banking Representative and holds FINRA Series 7, 63, and 79 licenses.
