Russell J. D'Alba is the Founder, President and Managing Director of Paramax Corporation.

Prior to establishing Paramax, Mr. D'Alba was the Founder, former Managing Partner of a leading regional CPA firm.  Mr. D'Alba's experience and credentials allow him to understand the dynamics involved in a "mutual gains" approach to the sale of a business.  His insight encourages clients to be proactive in their planning in order to maximize their financial rewards.  With his "mutual gains" approach to negotiating and high-level of assessment skills, Mr. D'Alba provides clients with easy transactions and closings, resulting in strategic selling prices.

Mr. D'Alba holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and is a member of AICPA and NYSSCPA.  He has completed the Mutual-Gains Negotiations Program at Harvard University.
