Mr. Gibbins brings over 30 years of diversified executive international business experience to Paramax. During this career tenure he has held senior management positions in companies engaged in the design and manufacturing of engineered products principally marketed in diverse Industrial and Aerospace industries throughout the World. Technology specializations include shock and vibration isolation, fluid power, motion controls, and the printing/publishing sector.

Executive responsibilities included mergers and acquisitions, business tactical planning, practical performance metrics, sales and marketing, and global strategic alliance development. Recruitment and training of global distribution networks requiring extensive travel throughout North America, Europe and the Far East were additional ongoing functional responsibilities.

Mr. Gibbins holds a Higher National Diploma in Mechanical/Production Engineering (UK).
