Frank Michels a Vice President of Paramax Corporation.

Mr. Michels brings more than 30 years of M&A, financial planning, and operating experience to Paramax. Prior to coming to Paramax, Mr. Michels served as Group Vice President and Controller at Delaware North Companies. Most recently, Mr. Michels performed corporate development work for several international companies with a special emphasis in the motion control industry and the assembly automation field.

Mr. Michels holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Masters in Business Administration.
