Mr. Morgenstern is a Senior Vice President responsible for the Paramax office in the Research Triangle Park region of North Carolina.

Mr. Morgenstern founded and was CEO of RentWay, Inc. for over twenty-four years while taking the company public with an IPO in 1993.  Mr. Morgenstern orchestrated 29 acquisitions ranging from $2 million to over $400 million of both public and private companies. His unique ability to create business integration plans to maximize shareholder returns provides a unique opportunity to add value to Paramax clients.  Mr. Morgenstern oversaw the sale of the company in 2006 and then turned his attention to the M&A business.
