Mr. Cotrupe is Senior Vice President of Paramax Corporation.

Mr. Cotrupe brings more than 18 years of experience in business valuations, economic consulting, investment banking, and private equity to Paramax.  He began his career in Ernst & Young’s Valuation Services Group, where he performed pre- and post-transaction valuations for companies in a variety of industries.  He was an economist in Ernst & Young’s International Services Office, where he provided economic consulting services.  After Ernst & Young, Mr. Cotrupe spent eight years at J.P. Morgan (formerly Chemical Bank and Chase Manhattan Bank), first as an investment banker in Chemical’s Emerging Markets Investment Banking Group.  He then started and ran the Private Equity Group in Chase’s Global Private Bank.  After J.P. Morgan, he was a Private Equity Fund manager with GKM Generation Funds, where he managed a private equity fund focusing on venture capital and buyout investments. Most recently, he had been a director in the Valuation Group of Huron Consulting in New York City.

Mr. Cotrupe holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.  He also has a Masters of Business Administration in Finance and is a
Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
