Ms. D'Alba works on all phases of Divestiture, Acquisition, Consulting, projects and is responsible for transactional research and preparation of Descriptive Memoranda.

Prior to joining Paramax, she held the position of Analyst at HSBC Bank in Middle Market Commercial Banking. She was responsible for developing and maintaining analytical data on companies with annual revenues of $5 Million to $500 Million.

Andrea holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and a Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. She is a registered Investment Banking Representative and holds FINRA Series 62, 63 and 79 licenses.
